Long Island Limousine service Terms and conditions

Terms & Conditions – Long Island Party Limos

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying a deposit, signing a reservation, or using any service provided by Long Island Party Limos (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for all passengers.

2. Service Area & Operating Hours

We provide limousine, party bus, Sprinter, classic car, and coach transportation throughout Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties) with service available to and from New York City and surrounding areas. Availability is based on schedule and vehicle assignment at the time of booking.

3. Quotes, Booking & Payment

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for a limited time. A reservation is confirmed only when the required deposit is received and the Company issues written confirmation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to departure unless otherwise stated in writing on your invoice.

4. Deposits & Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date, time, and vehicle allocation and will be applied toward the total reservation cost. If you modify your reservation, additional charges may apply based on the new service details and availability.

5. Changes & Schedule Adjustments

Changes to pickup time, locations, routing, or vehicle type must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and potential price adjustments. The final itinerary must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to service start. Additional stops, wait time, and overtime are billable in minimum increments as stated on your invoice.

6. Cancellation & Credits

To request a cancellation, you must submit a written request. If the written request is received within 30 days of booking, the reservation may be eligible for a full credit toward a future booking, subject to Company approval and current rates and availability. Cash refunds are not provided; any approved refunds are issued as a credit only. Credits are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and must be used within twelve months unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Vehicle Availability & Substitution

Specific vehicles are reserved based on maintenance schedules and operating conditions. In the event of a breakdown, emergency, or scheduled maintenance, we may provide a substitute vehicle of equal or greater value at no additional cost. If a comparable substitution is not available, our liability is limited to the unused portion of services paid.

8. Overtime, Tolls, Parking & Miscellaneous Fees

Service that extends beyond the reserved time is billed as overtime at the rates stated on your invoice. Client is responsible for tolls, parking, venue fees, and any special permits when applicable. Waiting time due to late passengers is billable. Unpaid balances may be charged to the card on file.

9. Damages, Cleaning & Credit Authorization

A valid credit card must be kept on file for incidentals. You authorize the Company to charge this card for overtime, damage repair, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, missing or broken items, and any unpaid balance. The primary renter is responsible for all damage caused by the party, including upholstery stains, broken glassware, and equipment misuse. Standard cleaning is included; excessive cleaning due to spills, glitter, confetti, bodily fluids, or similar conditions will incur additional fees.

10. Alcohol, Drugs & Conduct

Alcohol may be consumed by passengers who are 21+ with valid ID. The use, transport, or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. The chauffeur may refuse service or terminate the trip for disorderly conduct, threats, unsafe behavior, smoking or vaping in vehicles, or any activity that risks safety or violates law. No refund or credit will be provided for service termination due to policy violations.

11. Safety, Seatbelts & Minors

Passenger safety is our priority. Where equipped, seatbelts must be worn while the vehicle is in motion. Car seats or booster seats for minors must be supplied by the client unless arranged in advance with the Company. Standing while the vehicle is moving is discouraged. Follow all chauffeur instructions at all times.

12. Weather, Traffic & Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues discovered mid-service, strikes, public events, police activity, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to adjust routing and timing to complete your trip safely.

13. Personal Property

Please remove all personal items at the end of your trip. The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or forgotten items left in vehicles. If items are found, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you for retrieval.

14. Photography & Media

From time to time, vehicles may be photographed for quality control or marketing purposes. We will not publish identifiable passenger images without consent. You may request in writing that no photos be taken during your reservation.

15. Privacy

We collect and use personal information to manage reservations, payments, and customer communication. We do not sell personal data. Additional details are provided in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference if published on our website.

16. Insurance & Licensing

All vehicles are operated under applicable New York State and local regulations and carry commercial insurance meeting or exceeding statutory requirements. Chauffeurs are licensed and trained for the class of vehicle operated.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your reservation or service is limited to the amount paid for the portion of services not rendered. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or the actions of your party.

19. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state courts located in Nassau County, New York, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

20. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect on your reservation date will apply to your booking. Material changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
